To enter, go to www.Street-Scene.com between August 20, 2003 and September 4, 2003 at 12:00 AM PST and complete the on-line entry form. Sponsor not responsible for lost, misdirected, late, or incomplete entries, or for inaccurate entry information, whether caused by participant or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this contest or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries. One entry per person.
Prize.
Two (2) Roundtrip Open Destination Tickets on Southwest Airlines. Travel valid from Southwest Airlines Origin City closest to winner's home, published scheduled service only. (tickets expire 8/31/04) Travel into and out of Dallas (Love Field) is subject to the restrictions of the Wright Amendment.
Contest Regulations
1. No purchase necessary
2. Contest will run from August 20, 2003 to September 4, 2003.
3. Must be U.S. resident, 18 years or older. This promotion is offered in the United States only and shall only be construed and evaluated according to U.S. law. Do not complete entry if you are not located in the U.S.
4. Winner will be notified by phone no later than September 5th.
5.Grand Prize Includes: Two roundtrip open destination tickets on Southwest Airlines. Tickets expire August 31, 2003.
6. Travel valid from Southwest Airlines origin city closest to winner's home, published scheduled service only. Tickets issued by Southwest Airlines will bear the date of issue and the date of expiration. Expiration dates will not be extended and tickets will not be refunded or redeemable for cash or credit at any time, nor will tickets be replaced if lost or stolen. Tickets may not be sold to a third party.
7. Employees of STREET SCENE, Southwest Airlines Co., Identity Properties, respective partners, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible.
8. Void where prohibited by law.
9. Odds of winning are dependent on the number of enteries recieved.
10. Retail value of Grand Prize is $800.00
11. No substitution or transfer of prize/offer permitted.
12. All Fedral, State and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
13. Winner must sign and return any Affidavit of eligibility / Release of liability/prize acceptance.
14. By participating in this program, contestants agree to be bound by the official rules and the decision of the judges.
15. By accepting prize/offer, recipient assumes all liability arising out of use of prize/offer.
16. Winner/recipient assumes all liability for any injury or damages caused or claimed to be caused by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize/offer. By entering, entrant agrees to hold harmless and indemnify , STREETSCENE, Southwest Airlines, and their respective parents, subsidaries affiliates,directors, officers, govenors, employees and agents against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described) with respect to or arising out of (i) contestant's participation in the promotion, (ii) the reciept or use of the prizes/offers awarded herein.
