Mario Escovedo and Kenny
Mochikoshi Horne (formerly of local punk band M-80) established this
San Diego rock band in 1990. The Dragons won best Rock Album for Rock
‘n’ Roll Kamikaze at the San Diego music awards in 2002.
They are known for playing crowd igniting live sets (in fact, their
well received June 2003 album, Sin Salvation, was recorded in less
than 3 days to ensure it kept a "live" sound quality to
it). You may have heard them playing to a full house of fans at the
Casbah. |
