MICHAEL ROSE Street Scene is proud to welcome one of reggae's most influential performers, former Black Uhuru vocalist Michael Rose, back to San Diego. It's been 30 years since the prolific Kingston, Jamaica native first began recording, with hits ranging from the classic "Rude Boys (Back In Town)" to a duet with Shabba Ranks on "Shine Eye Gal". Michael Rose's stature in the music scene grows with each passing year.
